    Planning permission & licensing

    We guide your project through the Câmara Municipal process and coordinate the licensing paperwork.

    Contractor procurement

    We find and vet contractors, compare quotes like for like, and help you appoint the right team.

  3. 03

    Budget control & on-site supervision

    We track costs against budget and are on site to check progress and quality, reporting back to you.

  4. 04

    Handover & snagging

    We inspect the finished work, log and chase every snag, and manage the handover to you.

Do I need to be in Portugal during the build?

No. We are on site in the Algarve and keep you updated wherever you live, with regular reports, photos and calls.

Do you work with my own architect?

Yes. If you already have an architect, we work alongside them. If you don't, we can introduce you to local architects.

Do you manage renovations as well as new builds?

Yes. We manage renovations of existing villas and homes as well as new builds, in the same way.
