Nathan Ashley is an entrepreneur and property developer with a background in business operations, strategic growth, and high-value real estate. After leading a £21 million healthcare company exit and developing multiple residential projects, he expanded into the Algarve — managing his first villa transformation and resale for €1.8 million. He has since overseen or advised on several high-value builds, including a €7 million project in Palmares, Lagos. At Orla Algarve, Nathan brings structure, clarity, and international business standards to the region’s construction landscape.

David Swift
Operations Director
David Swift leads the site execution at Orla Algarve Construction Management, overseeing a vetted network of local contractors to ensure the successful and high-quality execution of construction projects. With a commitment to raising the standard of construction management in the Algarve, David ensures that every project reflects the company's dedication to excellence. David has 20 plus years experience working as a Project Manager in the Algarve and his expertise is second to none. David has overseen many construction projects from relatively small refurbishments to large multi-villa condominiums.
