While InHaus builds your villa in the factory, Orla Algarve manages everything local, so that by the time the structure arrives, your plot is ready and the path to completion is clear.
We manage the full Portuguese planning process on your behalf — preparing submissions, liaising with local authorities, and ensuring all approvals are in place before construction begins.
Before the InHaus structure arrives, we coordinate all groundworks, site clearance, levelling, foundation construction, and basement build where required, so the plot is ready for installation day.
We manage a vetted network of local trades and contractors, ensuring the right people are on site at the right time, to the standard your project demands.
From pool construction to terrace design and landscaping, we manage all external works to ensure your villa's surroundings match the quality of the build itself.
We coordinate all utility connections, water, electricity, drainage, and telecoms, working with local suppliers and authorities to ensure everything is live and compliant.
We see the project through to its legal conclusion, obtaining the habitation licence and managing the final snagging process so your villa is handed over complete, compliant, and ready to enjoy.
