Managing Director
Nathan Ashley
UK · Algarve
Nathan has 10 years' experience in construction across the UK and the Algarve, including the transformation of the Vale Centeanes villa in Carvoeiro. An entrepreneur and property developer, his background spans business operations, strategic growth, and high-value real estate. After leading a £21 million healthcare company exit and developing multiple residential projects, he expanded into the Algarve — managing his first villa transformation and resale for €1.8 million. He has since overseen or advised on several high-value builds, including a €7 million project at Palmares, Lagos. At Orla Algarve, Nathan brings structure, clarity, and international business standards to the region's construction landscape.
