Real example
Vale Centeanes, Carvoeiro. A 1980s villa turned into a five-bedroom home with every bedroom en suite, a walkable roof terrace and an outdoor kitchen. Opening up the structure revealed problems no survey had shown; the project was re-planned, priced and finished to current building regulations.
Good to know
We manage whole-house renovations and major remodels. Small jobs, such as a single bathroom or kitchen, are usually better handled directly with a builder, and we're happy to point you to one.
