With 25 years of construction experience, most of it in the Algarve, we know who does good work, who finishes on time and who is honest about price. Orla isn't a builder. We choose the right one for your project from our network, put a proper contract in place and stay on your side until the keys are handed over.
How it works

- We shortlist builders from our network who suit the job, the size and the location.
- You get quotes compared like for like, so you can see what is and isn't included.
- We put a contract in place with scope, programme, payment stages and penalties.
- We manage the build: site visits, quality checks, budget tracking and photo reports wherever you live.
How we vet a builder
- They hold the right alvará (construction licence) for the size of job
- We have seen their finished work and spoken to past clients
- They price clearly and stick to a payment schedule tied to finished work
- They have the team and capacity to start and finish when they say
