Project rescue in the Algarve
Your build has stalled. It is recoverable.
A builder walking off site, a project stuck for months, costs that keep climbing with no explanation — it happens in the Algarve more often than people admit, and it is one of the most stressful things that can happen to anyone building from abroad. We have seen it before. We step in, establish exactly where you stand, and put a clear plan in place to get your project finished.
Sound familiar?
- Your builder has stopped turning up, or has left site altogether
- Work has been done that does not match the approved plans or the quality you paid for
- You have paid for stages that are not complete
- You cannot get straight answers about cost, programme or what happens next
- You are managing it all from another country, and it is not working
How we take over a stalled build
- 01
Site assessment
We visit the site and record exactly what has been built, to what standard, and what is outstanding.
- 02
Paperwork review
We review your licence, approved drawings, contracts and payment records so you know your real position. Where legal action may be needed, we work alongside your lawyer.
- 03
Cost to complete
We put together an honest picture of what it will take to finish: scope, budget and programme.
- 04
New team
We find, vet and appoint the right contractors from our network, with clear contracts, defined scopes and staged payments.
- 05
Managed to handover
We supervise on site, control the budget, keep you updated wherever you live, and see it through snagging and the habitation licence.
