Modular build
Casas InHaus modular villas
Factory precision, managed on the ground by Orla Algarve.
Casas InHaus builds fully customisable, concrete-and-steel modular homes. We helped InHaus bring their homes to Portugal and manage InHaus projects for clients across the country, handling everything around the home itself, so you have one independent team looking after your interests from plot to handover.
What InHaus provides
- A fully customisable modular home in concrete and steel
- A fixed price for the home
- Much of the construction completed off site, in parallel with your groundworks
What Orla Algarve manages
- Plot assessment and planning permission
- Groundworks, foundations and connection to services
- Coordination of delivery and installation on site
- External works: pools, landscaping, driveways and terraces
- Snagging, habitation licence and handover
